1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition with packaging and certificates (if provided).

Customised or personalised jewellery (e.g., custom gold designs) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, gemstone, or product) please contact us within the return period.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made jewelry orders.

Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

5. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returning items, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without it.
